This has been the best week for me so far on this "Moments for Me" challenge. I kind of took it a bit farther than I think was intended and built in some moments each and every day. The 5-factor fitness program is continuing and it feels GREAT!!! Also added in daily is 10 minutes at the very start for a cup of coffee - a great way for me to wake up. The moments of silence give me a chance to "hear myself think". Very calming!!! The start of each and every day this past week has been sooooo very positive - I am much more relaxed and therefore am much, much more patient with the kids - always a good thing :o) I can't wait for what the rest of the day brings.

***OH, YEAH - tonight is knit night!!! YAHOO!

What a good M4M post! That is awesome that you put for the effort daily. I am intrigued by the 5-factor fitness program. Going to check it out!

Tammy has it right: VERY inspiring. I have been working on "patience" for some time now. I'm glad I read your post :)

What a great post! It's utterly amazing how if we wake up positive and have a good start to the day how it will transform our whole days!

The comment that you left on my blog honestly gave me chills and put tears in my eyes. I just wanted to wish you luck on your FHE tonight and I hope that it is something that you and your family adopt into your lives. Could you imagine how much stronger families would be if they just implemented this one little thing?
